Send your files in full quality
Videos and photos sent the normal way on WhatsApp become smaller and blurry. Send them as Document to keep them sharp.
Not like this
Sending from Gallery or Photos. WhatsApp shrinks the file.
Do this
Send as Document. The file reaches me exactly as it is.
How to send as Document
- Open my chat on WhatsApp
- Tap the + (or pin) button
- Choose Document
- Pick your videos, photos and logo
- Tap Send
Many files? Use Google Drive
Good for big videos or many files.
- Upload your files to Google Drive
- Tap Share
- Choose “Anyone with the link”
- Send me the link on WhatsApp
Your logo
- Send the original file. A PNG with no background is best.
- No file? Take a photo of your sign or card in good light, held flat.
- Don’t send a screenshot from Instagram or Facebook. It is blurry.
- Tell me your brand colours if you have them.
Write the important things
The words on your reel come from you. Send them as text so nothing is spelt wrong.
- Spelling of your business and product names
- Prices and offer dates
- Phone number or address to show
- Language for captions and voice
Filming tips
A phone is fine. These small things make a big difference.
Hold the phone upright
Reels are tall. Film with the phone standing up.
Use daylight
Film near a window or outside. Avoid dark rooms.
Keep it steady
Hold with both hands or rest the phone on something.
Clean the lens
Wipe the camera with a soft cloth first.
Keep it quiet
Switch off fans, TV and music when you speak.
Film more
Take 10 to 15 second clips. Show the product close up and in use.
Your changes
- One round of changes is included.
- Send all your changes in one message, as a list.
- Each extra round of changes is ₹250.
- A new idea or a different story is a new reel.
Post your reel
- You get a vertical HD video, ready to post.
- Post on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and WhatsApp Status.
- Post often. A pack of reels makes this easier.
Do
- Send everything in one go
- Use Document or Google Drive
- Send your own clips and photos
- Write names and prices as text
- Reply quickly when I ask a question
Please don’t
- Send photos from Gallery (they get blurry)
- Forward videos from other chats
- Send screen recordings of old videos
- Ask for film songs (Instagram can mute or block them)
- Send files in many small parts
